* Monthly Cabinet Rental: $50/month
* Monthly Booth Rental: $250/month
* Consignments: no monthly fee - 15-40% commission when item sells
* Estate Services: Remove all items and broom clean house, usually within 7 days. Mall receives 25% commission on total estate.
* Appraisals: Monthly appraisal day, First item is free, additional items are $5 each.
